Return and exchange method

 

  1. Free Refund

The goods You ordered may be protected under applicable law which allows You to freely return the goods in certain circumstances and period. You can check out the law that is applicable to You and confirm with the Store.

If you have a return request, please contact the customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Number", "Return Product Name", "Return Reason and Photo" and other information, and the customer service staff will assist you in returning and exchanging the goods after receiving it.

  1. Refund Eligibilities

    1. Only unused goods that are  free of defacements or malfunctions caused by non-human defects may be refunded.

    2. Please also keep the original packaging (including the carton), should the Store require that for refund goods. 

    3. Non-refundable Goods

      • Goods unpacked and used.

      • Goods damaged by human factors, such as: defacement, malfunction, damage, scratch, dirt.

      • Incompleted or lost invoice..

      • Malicious or bulk returns.

  2. Refund Process

Contact the customer service staff → Confirm the Eligibilities → Prepare the complete goods and invoices → Provide the time of receipt and contact information, address → Returned by the courier appointed by Store.

  1. Refund

    1. Order paid by credit card : After successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the credit card account with the original amount.

    2. Order paid by cash on delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
